The PDA Process

  • Develop the direction through in-person conversation, live sketching, real-time rendering, materials, and models.

  • PDA develops the technical drawings, solicits contractor bids, compares options, and handles communication along the way.

  • Chris stays involved during construction through regular site visits, written updates, and coordination between you and the contractor.

Christopher Perrodin started PDA to work more closely with the people he designs for. As a NYC based architect and parent, he brings a practical understanding of how homes need to function through different stages of family life, along with experience spanning high-end commercial work, affordable housing, and building performance. The result is a practice grounded in thoughtful design, clear guidance, and genuine collaboration.
